Property Owners' Associations
We have many years of experience in the forming and the managing of Homeowners' and Property Owners Associations.  We have a great understanding of CC&R's and By-Laws, and have written many of these documents for various subdivisions.  We are qualified to handle all aspects of HOA management, whether it is for residential or commercial property, including billing, collections, CC&R's enforcement and maintenance supervision. 

Some of the duties we perform include:

-Attending Board and annual meetings.
-Handling all fiscal aspects of the Association.
   * Pay all Association expenses
   * Collect Owner dues
   * Perform all banking duties
-Prepare financial statements.
-Assist in preparing annual budget.
-Solicit competitive bids from subcontractors for maintenance.
-Keep close communication with Board on any owner or Association issues.

Our goal is to relieve the Board of Directors and the owners of the day to day management of the Association so they may focus on more important things.
